Registration Open: F&S Sand Valley
Following successful Father & Son events at Pebble Beach Resort (2019) and Pinehurst (2021), we are excited to take the third US instalment to the spectacular Sand Valley Resort, Wisconsin in October 2022.
Featuring three distinct courses, Sand Valley sits in the tumbling prehistoric sand dunes of central Wisconsin. The courses may be just under 5 years old, though all three were awarded ‘best new course in the US’ by Golf Digest. Sand Valley took the honours in 2017, followed by Mammoth Dunes in 2018 and in the same year The Sandbox took the award for best new short course.

The resort was recently featured in a wonderful piece by Links Magazine, America’s next great golf resort and has been featured in a glowing Golf Digest article.
The Coore and Crenshaw Sand Valley course was created amongst huge, exposed sand dunes and with firm, fast fairways it plays just like a links. Mammoth Dunes is an enormous course that takes you on a journey around a magic landscape, generous fairways and large greens with many hillsides of exposed dunes. The Sandbox, also designed by Coore and Crenshaw is a short course that plays through a restored sand prairie, featuring unique green complexes including a biarritz, double plateau, lions’ mouth and a redan!

The event, proudly in its 33rd year. continues to give fathers and sons from around the globe the opportunity to come together and compete at historic, world-famous courses. All whilst meeting like minded people and enjoying the stellar customer care for which we are famed. The spirit of fun and friendship between participants has accurately been coined the fraternity of golf.
The tournament will hold the first day, and all-important practice round on the Sandbox, with a tournament round on the David McLay Kidd designed Mammoth Dunes, sandwiched between two rounds on the signature Sand Valley course.
