Ticket-Inclusive Packages
Carr Golf Booking Terms & Conditions

1. What’s Included & Possible Changes

We will always provide the services included in your package. However, some elements may change if required for public safety, security, or Event operations.

2. Using Your Package

To access your tickets, accommodation and other inclusions, you must follow any instructions or procedures set by:

• Ryder Cup Europe (RCE)
• Ryder Cup 2027 Commercial Limited (RCCL)
• Ryder Cup Travel Services (RCTS)

If you do not follow these procedures, access may be delayed or refused.

3. No Resale or Transfer

Packages – including all tickets – are for personal use only and cannot be resold, transferred, or used commercially.

Tickets included in packages must not be:

• transferred
• publicly donated or offered for sale (including websites)
• used for commercial purposes
• used for promotions, prizes, hospitality or travel packages (except as part of the official package)

 4. Ticket Rules

All tickets are subject to official Ticket Terms & Conditions and Venue Rules.

RCCL may require each ticket holder to provide a photo, date of birth, nationality, contact information, and other identification details before tickets are released.

You may be asked to show a valid photo ID to access the Venue.

5. Marketing Restrictions

Packages and tickets cannot be used for competitions, promotions, auctions or commercial activity.

The Customer (and guests) may not use any portion of the package for:

• marketing
• advertising
• competitions
• sweepstakes
• lotteries
• auctions
• promotional purposes

6. Liability

RCTS, RCE, RCCL and Carr Golf are not responsible for indirect loss. Liability is limited to the amount paid for your package.

7. Accommodation

Accommodation is provided by third-party hotel partners with their own terms. Service issues must be directed to the hotel.

8. Personal Information Required for Ticketing

Accurate personal details must be provided for each guest before tickets can be released.

Customers acknowledge:

• Tickets are issued to named individuals only.
• Customers must provide all required personal information (name, address, email, phone number, and where requested, date of birth).
• RCCL/RCE may require a passport-style photograph, nationality, city of birth, and ID/passport details.
• Valid photo ID may be required for entry.
• Failure to provide such data does not entitle the customer to refund or compensation.

9. Data Protection

Your data will be collected by Carr Golf and shared with RCTS.  It is used only for package fulfilment, ticketing, accreditation and safety requirements.

10. Packages Cannot Be Split

Your package is sold as a single combined experience. Individual elements cannot be separated or broken up for separate resale.

11. Event Cancellation or Postponement

If postponed or cancelled due to force majeure, you will receive either a replacement package or a full refund.

RCTS, RCE and RCCL have no liability for indirect or consequential losses.

Maximum liability is limited to the total price paid for the package.

12. Payment Terms

• 50% deposit required at time of booking.
• Remaining 50% due no later than 1st September 2026.
• Credit card payments will incur additional processing fees
  
  

All payments must be completed before tickets, accommodation and transport can be confirmed.

13. Recommended Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance for trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies and baggage issues.

To maximise protection — including eligibility for pre-existing medical condition waivers and optional Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) cover — purchase insurance within 21 days of paying your initial trip deposit.
