The Els Club Vilamoura brings Ernie Els’ design language to Portugal through a private 18-hole championship course in the Central Algarve. Opened in 2025, and redesigned from the former Victoria Course by Ernie Els / Ernie Els Design, it retains a tournament foundation while introducing a more private club rhythm.
The previous course hosted the Portugal Masters and WGC World Cup of Golf, giving the property an established competitive pedigree. At 7,200 yards and par 72, the course is built for accomplished players, with signature water features shaping strategy and visual character. As Europe’s first Els Club, it offers a distinctive new address for hosted golf in Portugal.
